If you have ever been to Bali and travel to east of Bali maybe you will pass by Saba Beach in Gianyar Residence. It’s been around these five years the government had built east track of this island. It is a new big road as a bypass way in east of Bali Island. Now from Ngurah Airport to Candidasa only takes around two hours. So what is so important in Saba Beach?

If you use Google Earth and type Saba Beach you will be pointed to a place somewhere in Bali East. It’s a black sandy beach facing the island Nusa Penida. Many wave lovers come to Saba Beach. Yes the wave is challenged for playing sea board ski. What a Big wave sea and windy beach.

The area itself is quite, so it is very suit for ones who seek place for retirement pleasure.

The beach is very long and we can walk through on clean black sand. Now along the beach there are many properties built. One that I know from my Dutch friend who also built property in Tabanan Residence told me that there is property with 4 bedroom rented for $ 3000 per month. Yes it’s cheaper than stay in a hotel compared to the privacy of five stars the guests get.

That is why now they have got quite big area exactly at the beach and planned to build five villas each with private pool, bar, and spa facilities. Ahh I forgot to mention that there is also horse farm in Saba Beach to provide tourism facilities, so one who wants to get around with horses and also with the guide.

The great thing of Saba Beach is located at the edge of main bypass road of east Bali. This make Saba Beach easily to reach and even faster. I do not know for sure how much per are the land plot in Saba Beach. But there has been many luxury properties built in Saba Beach. One is owned by my former client, Mrs. Danielle and his husband. It is Villa Ylang Ylang.

Saba Beach is great location for escape from routines, back to nature and breathes fresh air of the sea.
