LOW COST STRATEGIES TO GET MOTIVATED HOUSE SELLERS TO CONTACT YOU

First. Business Card/Magnetic Car Signs

ATTENTION: Capitalized your first short slogan sentence, and bold your contact number, choosing right colors also important. This is eye catching strategy.
Second. Building Relationship with REALTOR
Yes build relationship with realtor in your town who could bring you leads out of the Multiple Listing Service, but consider to filter those leads with ones who will to sell at least or more 20 % from average property market price. Why? They are high motivated people to sell their house.
Third. Bee Hive Process
Hire highly motivated part time worker who will to find like abandoned property and in need of excessive repairs property. Pay them for photos they give you and then you could find contact of the owner and offer them if they are willing to sell their house.
