I always pass by Seminyak road whenever I make appointment with my friends, colleague or client at Kuta area. And I see there is a massive construction being held at Seminyak area at the main road. I knew after it is The Haven. I remember few years ago my Aussie friend who is involved in this project asked to do some design of apartment room, but it’s not finished, she moved to USA. Well I saw from images that there will be highest building in Seminyak road, and that will be The Haven-Hotel, Apartment/Condotel, and Villa.
Wow… they combine the three most valuable growth property types in property investment in Bali (that is VILLA, APARTMENT/CONDOTEL, and HOTEL) in one place at such a busy place, Seminyak.
Seminyak is well-known as a place of shopping and night life style. There are so many cafes’, restaurants; art shops stand right at beside the main road. And the back of this commercial facilities stand villas and private villas, if you go through the little road.

There are two accesses to The Haven, one from the main road Seminyak, and from the back through Double Six road. From the image you will see the apartment/condotel stand at the front side facing the Seminyak main road, then the private villa and at the back is the hotel.
Investment Property at The Haven
The scheme proposed for buyer/investor is FREE HOLD land, for locals and foreigners owner. There are many option whether you want to be resident (not for rental just for yourself staying, then you will need to pay management fee for maintenance), or you could lease back to the developer and guaranteed to get 6% pa for three years ahead for contract of 10 years to maximize your investment returns. The developer also propose for maximizing investment yields to the owner in scheme of paying relatively low fee for management while rewards are calculated based on the overall performance of the investment returns. The price plan for rental term is around $60 to $100 per night depending on the unit size (standard hotel room of the same category now achieves $50 per night at smaller room size.).
